During this intensive course you will learn which are the most common edible plants you can pick yourself and innovative ways to utilize them. The course is instructed by Sanna Autere who is a certified wild-plant, mushroom and berry adviser as well a food journalist.

In order to support individual learning as well as to protect the environment, we wish to keep the group size small. Maximum number of participants for this course 12 people.

TIME AND VENUE: 2.6.2019 Sulva, Mustasaari

  • Identifying some of the edible plants you can find in Finnish nature

  • Practical guidance for handling and storing edible wild plants

  • Tips for cooking

PRICE includes theory, guiding, ingredients for cooking, and coffee/tea. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry! You can book return transport from Vaasa with additional price. Feel free to use your own car as well.
